Citizens Bank & Trust is a hometown bank based Guntersville, Alabama with branches in North Alabama.

Citizens was launching their new peer to peer pay service for their customers and needed not only a logo but a better name. Their original idea of Easy Pay was already a widly used name, as you can see from the quick google search shown on the second photo. With a market flooded with apps it was a challenge to come up with a name that not only was different but also fit the hometown friendly feel the bank strives for. I developed the name PeerPay and set about designing a logo that conveyed the nature of the app but also that friendly feel.
